Why Smartelix - The Inside Story

Growing up, we all have felt the necessity of a go-to-guide for all our career, education stream, subject selection queries.

At all these times, we have been through anxiety, stress and lots of confusion related to decision making, career choices and future aspirations. Some of these included:
⦿ which stream to choose after 10th?
⦿ which course to enroll for after 12th?
⦿ which college to take admission into?
⦿ what career options do we have after education?
…and so on and so forth.

Having been through all these situations personally, we all decided to collectively become solution enablers for all present and future students through Smartelix.

Our Philosophy

On an average, an adult spends about 35-40 years of their life at workplaces. A good work profile and satified professional roles goes a long way in leading a happy life. To ensure this happens, every student must make well informed and precise career decisions. Hence, our aim is to empower students with knowledge of different careers, their future impact and guide them in making unbaised career decisions with utmost care. We strive to help each student in scientifically figuring his personal strengths and weakness and put them on a path taking them to a successful life.

Our Team

Mr. Amit Satpute is an entrepreneur by profession and a career coach by passion. He is an energetic and inspiring life strategist who believes in effective career management through a focused, dedicated and motivated approach. He has rich experience in grooming and transforming students by helping them assess themselves, enhance their understanding of careers , create customized career roadmaps and set them on a successful life journey. Being a third generation businessperson, he has high exposure to the business environment and very well relates to the challenges of business owners.

During the early part of his career, Amit was associated with KPMG for about half a decade. At KPMG, he handled several projects in a consulting capacity. He is skilled in market research, client relationship management, business research, sales strategies, data analysis, project management, due diligence among others.

Presently, he speaks to students, parents and career counsellors on changing career scenarios, career management, career choices, spoken english, early childhood development and similar related topics. His seminars, workshops and training programs on Career Guidance and Success Psychology have been appreciated by the audiences and have brought about several changes in them.

In addition to his business interests, Amit is also a philanthropist and is associated with several social welfare organizations. He likes to spend time with under privileged children and help them overcome hardships and develop a positive attitude towards life. When he is not working, he likes to spend time farming and has a keen interest in experimenting with newer farming techniques.

Amit is a Biotechnology and Law graduate from the Savitribai Phule Pune University (formerly known as Pune University). Post graduation, he has also completed a Master’s degree in Business Management and Master’s degree in Psychology. Additionally, he also has certifications in Child Care, Nutrition, Digital Marketing, Google Analytics, Entrepreneurship and Leadership Development. His hobbies include photography, exploring historical and cultural heritages across the world, reading and driving.

Ms. Sayali Lokhande handles dual responsibility at Smartelix. She is actively associated with career guidance, counselling and consulting. Also, she majorly handles career guidance and academic trainings with focus on the student assessments and outcomes. She has conducted seminars, trainings and workshops for several students helping them choose the right career’s after 10th and 12th. She also mentors engineering students through workshops focused on theoretical and practical knowledge. She has been counselling students on various career options and career growth strategies.

Sayali is an expert in Career Guidance, Counselling, PCB Design & troubleshooting, PLC, SCADA and Robotics. Further, she is also well versed in working with tools such as Xilinx, Keil, Proteus, Express PCB, MPLAB, KiCAD, Zenith PCB. She organizes PCB design workshops which are focused on using computer aided tools for PCB circuit design, finding faults and testing circuits.

She has completed a Diploma in Electronics and Telecommunications from the Savitribai Phule Pune University (formerly known as Pune University). Further, she also completed her Bachelor’s degree in the same stream and university. Sayali also has Master’s degree in Psychology and Certifications in Child Care and Nutrition. She is actively associated with several NGO’s and other organizations working towards welfare of the society. Apart from her professional and social commitments, she also likes listening to music, travelling and cooking.

Ms. Sonali Omble handles the career planning and phonics vertical at Smartelix. She is actively associated with creating, updating and strategizing careers as well as providing phonics training to students from different age groups. She handles academic trainings along with parents and adolescent counselling. She has also been counselling students on various career options and career growth strategies.

Sonali is an expert in child care, early childhood education and well experienced in handling all problems arising in this area. On account of her experience, she is well equipped to handle several aspects of child psychology.

In addition to career guidance, Sonali also has a deep understanding of the importance of phonics learning method in early childhood education and child development. She has been instrumental in developing a customized and unique approach to teach phonics that has helped many children learn to read and write English. Along with students, Sonali has also trained several teachers, parents and trainers to use phonics learning techniques and improve English reading, writing and speaking abilities children. Her “Phonics for Trainers” program intended for trainers, parents and school teachers has received positive feedback.

She has completed a Diploma in Instrumentation from the Savitribai Phule Pune University (formerly known as Pune University). Further, she also completed her Post Graduation in Business Management and Master’s in Business Studies from the same university. In addition, she also has a Master’s degree in Psychology and Certifications in Child Care and Nutrition. She is actively associated with several NGO’s and other organizations working towards welfare of the society. Apart from her professional and social commitments, she also likes cooking and gardening.

Mr. Rohit Kale, an avid traveller with a passion for photography is a key member of the leadership team at Smartelix. He works closely with all the trainers and the associate network to design and develop training content, handles all creative content and undertakes technology and systems related training programs.

He is also the Founder of a website design and development company, RKK Designs. He brings to the team his rich experience in every aspect of the website development business, having trained his team for more than 8 years. RKK Designs has completed over 200 projects covering various aspects of website development. He has successfully developed and delivered websites for a number of businesses globally in several domains such as Web development, Social Media Marketing, Internet Marketing, Software Development, Mobile Application, Design Innovations and Corporate Identity. Rohit also has rich experience working on Web Servers, WordPress CMS, WordPress Themes & Plugins, Client Management, Online Marketing, eCommerce and web services.

Further to managing the clientele, he has designed and developed his own web services in the following domains: matrimonials, e-commerce, classifieds, social networking sites, blogs, forums, portfolios etc.

Rohit has completed his Graduation in Biotechnology from the Savitribai Phule Pune University (formerly known as Pune University) and then went on to complete a Master’s in Business Management from the Indira Institute of Management, Pune.
